Job Title: Regional Manager
Location: Oxford/Swindon/Reading
Salary: £65,000 to £70,000 (dependent upon experience) car and excellent bonus and benefits package

Key Responsibilities:
*Foster a fun and empowering environment, putting colleagues and customers at the heart of everything you do.
*Drive sales and KPI performance across stores.
*Ensure all stores operate legally with a focus on health and safety.
*Train, coach, and develop your team, ensuring talent development is a priority.
*Create and lead effective listening groups to give colleagues a voice.
*Adapt to changing customer demands and lead the change agenda.
*Stay updated with current trends to optimize sales, costs, and profit.
Qualifications:
*Minimum 3 years of experience in a area or regional manager position in a retail environment.
*Proven track record of managing 20+ high street stores.
*Strong commercial acumen and passion for coaching and team development.
*Commitment to delivering world-class customer service.
