Your new company
A market-leading design & distribution business are looking to appoint a Bookkeeper.
Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
*Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
*Verify that transactions are recorded correctly in Xero and rectify anomalies.
*Produce accounts to trial balance.
*Post all Purchase Invoices and Sales Invoices onto the CRM software.
*Enter data, maintain supplier and customer accounts, process expense claims.
*Assist with processing accounts receivable/payable and payroll when needed.
*Chase and process expense claims on credit card purchases and reconcile in Xero
What you’ll need to succeed
*Proven bookkeeping experience
*Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
*Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
*Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
*Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and Xero software
*Proficiency in English and in MS Office
*High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
*Desirable: AAT Level 3
