Key Responsibilities:
*Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
*Manage cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet obligations
*Lead credit control efforts, including weekly site reconciliations and client communications
*Ensure compliance with tax, VAT, CIS, and financial reporting standards
*Oversee and develop the finance team, driving high performance
*Build and maintain strong relationships with external advisors and financial partners
What You’ll Bring:
*ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualification, or qualified by experience (QBE)
*Solid background in management accounting, ideally in construction
*Proficiency with financial systems like Sage 50, Excel, and Power BI
*Strong grasp of the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) and related regulations
*Excellent communication and leadership abilities
