What you’ll be doing as Compliance Administrator:
*Ensuring Compliance: Keep everything on track by managing data and compliance tasks that guarantee the business is meeting external requirements.
*Improving Policies: Help develop and fine-tune compliance policies, and share them in a way that makes sense to all.
*Collaboration: You’ll work with various parties, providing compliance guidance and keeping everyone in the loop.
*Managing Expectations: Juggle communication (both written and verbal) with stakeholders to make sure everyone is on the same page.
*Keeping it Neat: Updating the internal systems with accurate, in-depth details (because we all love a well-organised system, right?).
 
What you need to offer:
*A passion for admin – you love organisation, order, and accuracy whether this be through previous professional experience or following recent education seeking the opportunity to showcase yourself in a professional field.
*A knack for details and a sharp eye for getting things right.
*The ability to manage priorities
*Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
*Bonus points if you’ve got previous experience in a compliance-related role, but it’s not a dealbreaker!
