Sales Order Processor
Location: Nr Saffron Walden
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000
Hours: Monday - Friday onsite 9am - 5pm
Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Sales Order Processor to join our client’s busy sales team. This role is ideal for someone with a mature attitude, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. As part of an internal sales team, you’ll handle a variety of tasks to support smooth order processing and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
*Answer incoming calls in a fast-paced sales office
*Process sales orders received via phone, fax, and email using Sage system
*Download and process website orders promptly
*Communicate order updates to customers and provide resolution for any issues
*Coordinate with couriers to track and progress customer deliveries
*Provide customers with delivery information and updates
*After training, offer technical advice on our product range
Ideal Candidate Profile:
*Experience: Minimum of 1 year in sales or similar office experience
*Skills: Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
*Attributes: Conscientious and adaptable, able to work independently and as part of a team
