Elevation Recruitment are currently working on behalf a leading online retail group who have an exciting opportunity to join their office in Wetherby as a Customer Service Advisor on a temporary basis.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Temporary Customer Servicer Advisor:
*First point of contact for customers.
*Providing excellent customer service and exemplary product knowledge.
*Dealing with a wide variety of customers with varying needs, from investigating a delivery query with a courier through to assisting with a technical query about a product.
*Working closely with and supporting your team.
Requirements of the Temporary Customer Service Advisor:
*Experience working in a customer service environment.
*Excellent relationship building skills.
*Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
*Positive, adaptable and deeply motivated when it comes to customer service.
*Experience working on a CRM system is preferred.
