Job Title: Full Time Accounts Payable Assistant

About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Accounts Payable Assistant on behalf of our client, a Post Production agency based in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support the finance team in a creative and fast-paced environment. The role is ideal for someone with a passion for finance and the media industry.
Key Responsibilities:
*Support the finance team with daily bookkeeping, including processing invoices, payments, and expense claims.
*Maintain accurate financial records and update internal databases.
*Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable.
*Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and budgets.
*Handle financial data entry and maintain organized filing systems.
*Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
*Provide support with ad-hoc financial tasks and special projects as needed.
Candidate Profile:
*Experience in Accounts Payable is ESSENTIAL
*A degree or ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
*Experience working in the Media Industry is ideal
*Previous experience in a finance or accounting role is required.
*Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software
