The role...
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless experience. Your ability to understand customer needs, resolve issues efficiently, and identify opportunities to enhance their experience through services offered by the company will be crucial. Some of the daily duties will be:
*Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
*Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating to technical teams when necessary.
*Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information and support.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
*Identify and proactively suggest additional services or products that meet the customer needs.
*Upsell and cross-sell the range of digital solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and company revenue.

What we are looking for?
This is not a standard Customer Service role and requires someone who wants to go that extra mile to really understand the customer and provide an all round solutions to their needs by advising on all services provided by the company. You will need some of the following: *Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a tech/digital or property organisation
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with the ability to build a rapport with the customers
*Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Familiarity with CRM software and support tools is a plus.
*A positive attitude, flexible approach and an interest in developing in the role as the company grows.
*Sales experience or a strong aptitude for identifying sales opportunities is highly desirable.
