Receptionist - Nottingham City Centre - Office-based - £22,000 - £24,000 Join a prestigious national professional services firm as their new Receptionist, located in the heart of Nottingham City Centre. Our client is looking for a dedicated and friendly individual to be the welcoming first point of contact for clients visiting their Nottingham office.
About the Company: Our client is well-regarded for its supportive approach to staff development and creating an engaging work environment. Conveniently located in the city centre, the office is easily accessible by public transport and car.
About the Role: This dynamic and interactive role will involve working closely with the wider administrative team. Key duties include:
*Meeting and greeting clients in a professional manner.
*Handling incoming telephone calls.
*Managing post administration.
*Overseeing office supplies and inventory.
About You: The ideal candidate will be professional, personable, and enthusiastic about customer-facing roles. While prior experience in a reception or front-of-house role is beneficial, it is not essential. We are seeking someone with a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and the initiative to manage responsibilities effectively as the main point of in-person contact.
