Learning Support Assistant for Primary School in Milton Keynes
Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Dunbar Education is excited to recruit on behalf of a well-regarded Primary School in Milton Keynes, rated Good by Ofsted. We are looking for a compassionate and committed Learning Suppport Assistant to join their supportive team and work closely with SEN learners, helping them thrive in a nurturing, inclusive environment.

About the Role As an LSA for this role, you will:
*Provide tailored support to students with a variety of needs, ensuring they feel safe, supported, and motivated to achieve.
*Work closely with teachers and other school staff to develop and implement individual learning plans.
*Foster an inclusive, positive learning environment where all children are encouraged to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities: *Assisting SEN learners in the classroom and during school activities.
*Building trusting relationships with students to support their emotional and social well-being.
*Collaborating with the SEN team and teachers to adapt learning materials and activities.
*Monitoring and reporting on student progress.
What We’re Looking For: *Previous experience working with SEN children is desirable but not essential; a caring nature and a passion for working with children are key.
*At least 6 months of working in a similar or health care role.
*Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage children and provide a positive influence.
*Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to meeting the needs of each individual child.
