Job Description:
Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a manufacturing company in Sheffield to recruit a Maintenance Planner for their team.
Salary - up to £43k
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planner who will be an integral part of the maintenance team and responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure the facility’s efficient operation.
The Maintenance Planner reports to the Maintenance Manager and will develop maintenance plans, coordinate with maintenance teams, manage work orders, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Planner will include:
*Coordinate maintenance activities with various departments
*Support unplanned loss reduction activities
*Manage work orders and ensure timely completion
*Arrange & control hire equipment, mobile plant, tools & equipment
*Reducing unscheduled downtime by using preventive & predictive maintenance
*Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
We would like to speak with Maintenance Planners with the following:
*Educated to HNC level in an engineering discipline
*IOSH qualification
*Proven experience as a Maintenance Planner in a manufacturing or industrial setting
*Strong organisational and planning skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
*Proficiency in maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS)
