**What You Will Do:**
- Spearhead the setup of the production planning function, methodology, parameters/master data, and processes within the new ERP system.
- Develop and maintain production schedules and plans in collaboration with production, commercial, and supply chain teams.
- Analyse production results vs plan, continuously updating planning parameters, and providing trends to inform key business decisions.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials for production by coordinating with the supply chain and/or suppliers.
- Improve forecasting, identify and mitigate bottlenecks, and maximise equipment/resource utilisation.
- Drive continuous improvement in production planning and supply chain, focusing on business process automation and integration.
**What You Will Bring:**
- Proven experience (5+ years) in data-driven production or supply chain planning in a hi-tech manufacturing environment.
- Higher level qualification in operations management/supply chain or related discipline is beneficial.
- Proficiency in using and implementing ERP/MRP systems.
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions, with a focus on digital transformation.
