Job Description:

Job
The role of Executive PA will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:
*Providing high-quality Executive PA service and exemplary client care
*Supporting senior stakeholders
*Pro-active support in diary and email management
*Copy and audio typing, preparation of letters/emails
*Travel arrangements and meeting coordination
*Preparing meeting papers and maintaining accurate records
*Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
You
As an Executive PA you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:
*Previous experience working as an Executive PA at a high level
*Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
*Excellent organisational skills with fast and accurate typing speeds
*Pro-active with the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload and that of others
*Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral
