Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project finances and budgets from inception to completion
- Prepare, review, and evaluate tenders and contracts
- Conduct risk, value management, and cost control

- Report on project progress and financial status
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the rail or civils industry
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
