Job Description:
JOB – Workshop Supervisor
LOCATION – Buckinghamshire
TERM – Permanent
SALARY – Competitive depending on experience
A Buckinghamshire based company are looking for a Workshop Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis.
TheWorkshop Supervisor will ideally have the following attributes:
*Previous leadership/ management experience.
*18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
*Strong control panel wiring skills.
*Good understanding of relevant health & safety regulations.
*Strong communication skills.
*Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
The duties & responsibilities will include:
*Lead & supervise the day-to-day running of the workshop.
*Managing the full production process for projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
*Ensuring health & safety regulations are met at all times.
*Liaising with operations & other departments to ensure requirements are being met at all times.
