Demand Generation - Lead
What you will do
Deliver effective marketing programs powered by data.
*Build and deliver marketing programs that generate measurable outcomes for their clients - across paid media, social media, email marketing, web, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and more.
*Use data analysis to drive success: creating logical and compelling marketing strategies, improving performance as programs run, and demonstrating the ultimate success of client investments.
*Maintain close oversight of projects to ensure they are delivered to your clients’ exacting standards. Be ready to pivot when campaigns are not performing as required - with open and transparent client communication.
*Ensure profitability of projects - managing internal resources and client communications to ensure that client expectations are met.
Lead a dynamic and motivated team.
*Be an inspirational leader who motivates the team, leading from the front. Encourage critical thinking and a relentless desire for success.
*Be an internal evangelist for modern demand generation practices, increasing understanding of their Demand methodology among the worldwide team.
Extend and strengthen their Demand proposition
*Maintain a compelling demand generation methodology and product set through which can generate measurable impact for clients through the marketing and sales funnel - from brand awareness and lead generation to lead nurture and sales activation.
Drive new business opportunities.
*Play a leading role in new business acquisition - proactively engaging new contacts at target organisations and supporting opportunities with existing clients across the agency’s four offices worldwide.
*Lead new business pitches, providing the strategic input and direction and actively leading client communications throughout the pitch process.
Build client relationships that generate long-term value.
*Develop long-term, productive relationships with senior decision makers in client and prospect organisations - communicating as a peer with CXO, VP, and Director level contacts.
