Job Description:
We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our close-knit team, working for a key client. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing outstanding service, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting operational logistics to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery. This role is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by managing bookings, reporting KPIs, and coordinating logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage customer bookings, updating systems with accuracy and ensuring timely transport solutions.
*Build a portfolio of preferred drivers and vehicles to meet client needs.
*Coordinate resources and maintain compliance with legal requirements (e.g., vehicle weight limits, working time).
*Foster strong customer relationships through regular communication and problem-solving.
*Support new customer onboarding, including account setup and data entry.
*Collaborate with internal teams to share best practices and ensure a seamless workflow.
Requirements:
*IT proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
*Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
*Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
*Customer-focused mindset with negotiation skills to enhance client experience.
*Experience in the UK transport sector is an advantage.
