Legal Team Supervisor - Bournemouth - £Competitive
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal Team Supervisor to join a busy and fast-growing Litigation & Recoveries team in their Bournemouth office.
Key Responsibilities:
*Assist the Recoveries Team Manager in supervising a team of Paralegals specialising in asset & motor finance recoveries and collections.
*Oversee work quality and act as a mentor, providing motivation and guidance to the team.
*Handle legal elements of cases, draft documents, and liaise frequently with clients/customers.
*Recognise and communicate areas for improvement, training opportunities, and overall staff performance.
Skills and Qualifications:
*Flexibility, high attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise a high-volume workload effectively.
*Confidence to identify and communicate areas for improvement.
*A genuine interest in developing a career in this sector.
*Legal experience/background is not required as full training will be provided.
*Previous experience in insurance, collections, or banking is advantageous.
