Job Description:
A well-established Commercial Real Estate Agency in North West London is seeking an experienced and results-driven Commercial Negotiator to join their accomplished team. If you are a proven dealmaker with exceptional negotiation and communication skills, and you’re looking for the opportunity to thrive in a supportive and successful environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Negotiator:
*Manage the leasing process from inquiry to lease execution.
*Arrange and carry out viewings.
*Negotiate favourable lease agreements and renewals in alignment with market trends and rental rates.
*Collaborate with wider team to maximise success.
*Proactively monitor leasing activity and vacancies across the London area to grow business and drive performance and success.
Required Skills for the Commercial Negotiator:
*Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Commercial Real Estate Negotiator.
*Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with previous experience of the London market.
*Ability to develop and maintain a network of contacts.
*Entrepreneurial, proactive and collaborative.
*Proven fee earner.
In return you will receive an annual salary of up to £40,000.
