ACCOUNT DIRECTOR - £80K Basic+Commission, London

What you will be doing:
To be a key member of the commercial team driving forward their continued strong growth out of the EMEA clients. *Identify and target potential clients, presenting them with tailored solutions that meet their business needs.
*Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as the main point of contact.
*Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including cross-selling and upselling additional products or services.
*Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitors, ensuring the sales strategy is adaptable and clients are well-served.
*Lead negotiations to close deals that are beneficial for both the client and the company, ensuring all terms and agreements are clearly defined.
*Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align sales efforts and provide feedback on client needs or industry trends.
*Track sales performance, client interactions, and market feedback, providing detailed reports to management for strategic decisions.
