Planning Assistant
Tate are recruiting on behalf of a renowned luxury fashion brand known for its sophistication and innovation. We are seeking a skilled Assistant Planner to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute to the global planning operations, supporting inventory optimisation and strategic forecasting across regions.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about the luxury fashion industry and looking to grow within a prestigious brand dedicated to quality and forward-thinking design.
Role Details:
*Duration: ASAP until January 31, 2025
*Rate: £100-£150 per day (based on experience)
*Location: London SW1P (4 days in office, 1 day from home)
*Start Date: Immediate or short notice
Purpose: Support global replenishment planning by ensuring accurate forecasts, managing inventory levels, and coordinating stock allocations across regions. Foster innovation, collaboration, and accountability in planning processes.
Key Responsibilities:
*Review and adjust global replenishment forecasts for accuracy and adherence to planning targets.
*Collaborate with regional teams to optimise replenishment strategies and maximise sales opportunities.
*Support long-range planning and allocation for key product categories.
*Help manage inventory levels for stores and hubs to meet weekly coverage targets.
*Prepare reports to analyse missed opportunities and guide future collections.
*Assist in planning and forecasting margins for replenishment in seasonal plans.
