Job Description:

The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in the financial operations of the business, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and supporting the overall financial strategy of the hotel group.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and ensure the timely completion of month-end financial reporting, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow.
* Reconcile balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy.
* Liaise with internal and external audit teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
* Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
* Review financial operational controls and processes, making recommendations for improvements.
* Maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders to drive financial transparency.
* Support the Finance Controller with ad-hoc financial projects and reporting requirements as needed.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:
* Finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, AAT, or equivalent).
* Proven experience in a similar finance or accounting role, preferably within hospitality or a related sector.
* Strong working knowledge of financial software and tools; proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
