Job Description:
I am delighted to be partnering with a household name in the Financial Services Industry who have a large market share and are award winning for their performance and modern ways of working. They have a large team and presence in Leeds and across the UK and continue to grow their high performing team.
About the role:
*Assist in the development and execution of strategic financial plans.
*Monitor and report on financial performance and trends.
*Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in financial planning.
*Contribute to the development of financial models and forecasts.
*Support the department in financial analysis and decision-making processes.
*Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.
*Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
*Support the Finance Manager in ad hoc tasks as required.
A successful FP&A Analyst should have:
*Part Qualified or Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with relevant commercial experience
*Proficiency in financial accounting
*Strong numerical and analytical skills.
*Commercial mindset and ability to see the bigger picture
*Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of PowerPoint
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
