As a Travel Consultant, you’ll assist customers with planning and booking their holidays, offer expert advice, and provide exceptional service across various channels like inbound calls, emails, and webchat.

Travel Consultant Key Responsibilities:
*Promote and sell a variety of travel products and services, ensuring you meet customer needs and expectations
*Provide expert travel advice, assisting customers with bookings, and resolving any queries through inbound calls, emails, and webchat
*Continuously enhance your knowledge of destinations, packages, and travel trends to offer customers the best options
*Ensure accurate booking completion and deliver a seamless customer experience every time
*Collaborate with your team to uphold high service standards and share knowledge
*Take ownership of your professional growth by staying updated on new products, systems, and services
What You’ll Need as a Travel Consultant:
*Previous experience in customer service, particularly in an inbound call centre
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Passion for helping customers
*Proficiency with booking systems and technology
