About the Role We are seeking a passionate and experienced Qualified Teacher of Maths (QTS) to join a dynamic and supportive team in a high-achieving secondary school in West London. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic educator dedicated to inspiring a love for maths, helping students achieve their full potential, and creating a stimulating learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Maths lessons aligned with the UK national curriculum.
*Tailor teaching methods to meet the needs of students across a range of abilities.
*Assess, record, and report on students’ progress and development.
*Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
*Collaborate with other staff members to contribute to the school’s educational objectives.
*Stay up-to-date with best practices in Maths education and CPD opportunities.
Requirements *Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
*Strong academic background in Maths or a related field.
*Proven experience teaching Maths at Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and, ideally, Key Stage 5.
*Excellent communication and organizational skills.
*A commitment to fostering students’ enthusiasm and confidence in Maths.
