We are recruiting for a Autism Teaching Assistant for a community School in L6 area of Liverpool o work on a long-term basis starting ASAP .you will be working with a child with ASD and sensory needs. There is no behavioural issues

Your role & responsibilities as an Autism Teaching Assistant:
*Promote inclusion and acceptance of all pupils
*Contribute to developing a creative curriculum where creative learning opportunities are available for all pupils
*Support pupils in small groups and on a one to one basis whilst responding to their individual needs
*Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/work plans as appropriate
Non-negotiables as an Autism Teaching Assistant:
*Must have recent and relevant experience in working with children and young people
*Must have experience working with individuals with SEN
*Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher and as part of a wider team
