Job Description:
Red Recruitment is recruiting an Office Manager in Fareham, on a fixed-term maternity leave contract. This role sits within a fast-paced, friendly team, you should have a proactive, can-do attitude and be comfortable with a dynamic to-do list.
This role will be to oversee the day-to-day management of the building and its facilities, the safety and security of staff, purchasing and reconciliation to ensure the businesses within run smoothly and support of a secondary site for the benefit of the tenants.
This is a full-time position, the salary is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities of an Office Manager:
*Managing the building and its facilities to ensure maintenance is upheld
*Managing the grounds maintenance of a local secondary site
*Organising the insurance policies to ensure sufficient coverage for all occupants
*Overseeing the procurement of sundries, stationery, furniture and ad-hoc assets as required
Key Skills and Experience of an Office Manager:
*Previous office management experience preferably within a fast-paced business organisation is required
*You should have people management experience
*Excellent communication and organisational skills are required
*You should have keen problem-solving skills
*Ideally, you will be Microsoft proficient
