Job Title: UX Researcher (Mobile Application)
Rate: Up to £575/day (umbrella)
Location: London (On-site Tuesdays and Thursdays)
Duration: 6-month initial contract
Project:
We are seeking a talented UX Researcher to lead user research for a mobile application focused on consumer services and money management. Your mission: make managing money simple and intuitive for our customers!
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and execute both Generative (Exploratory) and Evaluative research to drive insights for an easy-to-use, customer-centered mobile experience.
*Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams, setting and guiding the research strategy to meet defined project outcomes.
*Engage and involve stakeholders, creating a "team sport" atmosphere for research activities and findings.
*Use your influencing skills to navigate and align with stakeholders who bring strong perspectives to the table.
Requirements:
*Strong experience as a UX Researcher, User Researcher, or Design Researcher.
*Proven ability to work across sectors, ideally including Financial Services.
*Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams.
