Job Description:
Rare and exciting opportunity to join our very successful, well established and continually growing client based in Quedgeley, Gloucester.
This is a brand-new permanent vacancy due to growth and this company can offer impressive career development opportunities! Working from their bright and modern offices you will be based within a supportive team assisting with scheduling work and administrative tasks. Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling work diaries and book in customer appointments.
- Responding to all incoming calls and emails.
- Receiving all relevant information in relation to repairs and processing/redirecting this to the relevant person.
- Ordering parts and items identified by the engineering teams.
- General administration tasks and providing support to the team.
Whilst previous office experience is a bonus it’s not essential. Our client is very happy to consider candidates who are keen and willing with the desire to grow within an administrative role. Hours - Monday - Friday - 8am - 5pm - 1 hour for lunch
