Job Description:
We are thrilled to have partnered with a well established independent financial advice firm who are actively looking to expand their support team! Our client has built themselves a brilliant reputation within industry, and pride themselves on providing bespoke advice and wealth planning expertise to their clients across the UK.

What you’ll be doing: *Preparing and processing business for new and existing clients
*Providing administrative support for our paraplanners and IFAs
*Maintaining the back office system with client information
*Handling incoming queries from clients and external providers via email and telephone
*Ensuring all files are compliant with regulations
*Liaising with providers to gather policy information
What you need to apply: *2+ years experience working in an administrative role within the financial services industry (Required)
*GCSE Maths and English Language (or equivalent) - graded C or above (Required)
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Attention to detail
*Experience in managing client expectations
*Desire to learn and develop
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team (Required)
*Literate with MS products including Outlook, Word and Excel
*Prior experience working with Intelliflo Office & provider platforms
