Job Opportunity: Duty Manager
Location: Wood Green, London
Salary: £34,000 Annual Gross
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM)
Type: Permanent, Full-time
Industry: Private Building/Facilities Management
Hiring on behalf of my client, we are looking for a proactive and reliable Duty Manager to join a reputable team at a prestigious private building in Wood Green, London.
Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee the daily operations of the building, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all residents and staff.
*Manage and supervise on-site personnel, including security and maintenance teams.
*Handle any emergencies or issues that arise, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution.
*Monitor building systems and report any technical or operational faults.
*Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and external parties as needed.
*Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.
*Ensure effective communication with building occupants and provide excellent customer service.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
*Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in facilities or building management.
*Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
*Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
*A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a keen eye for detail.
*Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
