Our client, a leading mechanical engineering company, is looking for a motivated Sales Administrator to join their supportive team in Burgess Hill.
This role is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable office experience in a supportive environment, with a clear pathway for development. With potential to move into a sales role after 1-2 years, this is a fantastic entry-level position with room to grow!
Key Responsibilities: *Answer incoming calls, assist clients with inquiries, and build strong relationships.
*Organise, manage, and accurately file technical and sales documents.
*Update and maintain the CRM systems.
*Manage and update the sales documents & presentations.
*Schedule meetings, manage diaries, and coordinate meeting room bookings.
*Various administrative tasks and support the sales team as needed.
The Candidate: *Detail-oriented, organised individual, comfortable managing multiple tasks is essential
*Comfortable liaising with both internal teams and external clients, building rapport easily.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
*A ’can-do’ mindset and eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
The Package: *Salary of £19,500 - £22,000 per annum (DOE)
*Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 5:30pm, Friday 8:30am - 1:00pm
*22 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing up to 25 days with each year of service)
