Assistant Management Accountant
Up to £35,000
Grantham, Lincolnshire + Hybrid Working
Elevation Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a business in the Grantham area as they look to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant into their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
*Help prepare monthly management accounts and provide accurate reports to support various departments
*Manage tasks related to the nominal ledger, ensuring accuracy up to the trial balance
*Collaborate within the finance team to maintain data accuracy and integrity in all financial records
*Assist with financial projects and process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency
*Thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering precise results under time constraints
Skills & Experience Required:
*Previous proven experience in a similar finance role
*Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage deadlines
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Experience with nominal ledger responsibilities up to trial balance
*A sound understanding of accounting principles and best practices
