Salary: £80,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm (but some flexibility for the right candidate)

Our client is a dynamic consultancy specialising in financial sector compliance, and they’re searching for an experienced Compliance Consultant to join their team. You’ll play a crucial role in guiding clients through their regulatory obligations, providing timely updates on new compliance requirements, and supporting a team of regulatory reporters to stay ahead of evolving rules. About the Role
Our client is looking for someone with experience in financial regulatory reporting, especially in the investment sector so if you have experience in risk /compliance of an investment firm or compliance consultants to investment firms then this could be a great opportunity for you!
In this pivotal position, you will be instrumental in helping clients understand and fulfil their compliance obligations across the UK, US, and European markets. You’ll also conduct in-depth research on regulatory requirements and create regulatory updates, enhancing both internal and external understanding of key industry changes.
Key Responsibilities:
*Client Consultancy: Act as a trusted advisor, confidently addressing compliance queries raised by clients, including fund managers and service providers. Experience with regulators like the UK FCA, Central Bank of Ireland, Luxembourg CSSF, and the US SEC & NFA will be highly beneficial.
*Regulatory Research: Research new financial regulatory developments to help shape and refine regulatory reporting services. You will also create regulatory updates for newsletters and training materials.
Skills & Experience Required:
*Demonstrable experience working with financial regulations within a regulated firm or service provider
*Solid understanding of key regulatory themes such as capital adequacy and transparency requirements
*Strong communication skills, able to engage a wide range of audiences via video calls, phone, and email
*Exceptional writing skills to produce clear, concise regulatory updates
