Job Description:
Are you an experienced Business Development Executive looking to play a pivotal role in driving an organisation’s commercial functions, supporting its strategic objectives and fostering relationships with stakeholders?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone with a proactive approach to identifying new revenue streams, strengthening relationships with optometrists and general practitioners, and supporting consultants in building referral networks. Read on if this sounds like you.
Day-to-day duties of the role:
*Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals including within care homes and health & fitness facilities.
*Facilitate communication through various platforms, including WhatsApp groups.
*Identify and establish alternative revenue streams
*Collaborate with consultants to implement targeted growth strategies.
*Train and develop staff to broaden capabilities.
*Manage and update customer databases.
*Organise events and client days
*Support miscellaneous tasks and projects as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Significant experience in a relevant sector or industry.
*Full UK Driving Licence.
*Strong influencing, persuasion, and motivational skills.
*High commercial acumen and personal motivation.
*Ability to work well under pressure, earning trust and respect from colleagues.
*Innovative and flexible approach to problem-solving.
Desirable Qualifications:
*Experience in primary and/or secondary care.
*Postgraduate qualification in a relevant subject.
