About the Role
In this role, you will:
*Deal with leasehold enfranchisement and lease extensions for landlords and tenant clients
*Handle the drafting and reviewing of titles, reports, land transfers and other related documentation
*Support team growth, collaborating with the partners and assisting other team members as needed
*Work closely with high profile clients in the property sector
Ideal Candidate Profile
*Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
*A minimum of 1 PQE
*Experience in lease extensions & enfranchisement
