Job Type: Full-time, 6 months FTC

The successful candidate will be a key part of the Procurement team, responsible for providing administration support to the wider Transport and Accommodation Procurement teams. Whilst the role will predominantly support with flights, there will also be the opportunity to broaden your knowledge and experience across other procurement areas. You’ll have experience of working within a busy environment, ideally working with Groups, and have strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.

We were recently acquired by Literacy Capital Plc, who are experts at investing in and growing SME businesses. Due to the rapid expansion of our company, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our procurement team.
Key Responsibilities:
We are currently looking for a Procurement Administrator who will be responsible for the following:
*Flights: Monitoring APIs, checking in of Groups, adding or cancelling passengers/luggage as required for existing bookings, assisting with schedule flight changes, supporting with flight launch periods, and, general administration tasks as applicable.
*Crossings: Helping to check and process payment statements, general administrative tasks as applicable
*Coaches: Helping to check invoices, support with monitoring and collating of STF Coach documentation, and, general administrative tasks as applicable
*Accommodation: Helping to check invoices and process payments, support with the collating and monitoring of STF Accommodation documentation, and, general administrative tasks as applicable.
Skills:
*Attention to detail
*Exceptional organisational skills
*Ability to work to tight deadlines
*Ability to work well as part of a team, and, individually
*Awareness and understanding of flight reservations would be beneficial
*Knowledge and experience of booking or managing bookings of accommodation, coaches, Eurostar, Ferries & Eurotunnel would be advantageous
