Exciting Opportunity for a Driven Sales Advisor in the Insurance Industry!

The Role:
As a Sales Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our clients valued customers. You’ll be responsible for ensuring their needs are met with precision and care, building lasting relationships through clear communication and expert advice. Key responsibilities include:
*Handling both inbound and outbound calls to process policy transactions.
*Ensuring customer and policy details are accurate, making updates when needed.
*Offering advice on policy options, cover levels, and additional extras.
*Addressing general queries, especially regarding letters or policy details.
*Providing clear, concise information on new and existing policies.
*Adhering strictly to compliance and call scripts.
*Identifying customer vulnerabilities and offering tailored support.
*Meeting and exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
*Completing required CPD hours to stay ahead in the industry.
