Key Responsibilities:
*Drive Growth: Establish new sales channels, identify and capitalise on fresh business opportunities.
*Client Focused: Manage and develop relationships, supporting clients throughout their journey—from product introductions to post-sale support.
*Collaborate: Work closely with clients to understand and meet their needs, contributing to the company’s growth and vision.
*Meet & Report: Regularly update the department manager with progress on targets and objectives.
*Sales Success: Achieve individual sales targets, engaging in client meetings, site visits, and even re-engaging lapsed clients.
Role Breakdown:
*30% Account Management: Strengthen and maintain relationships with current clients.
*70% New Business Development: Identify and win new clients, launch marketing campaigns, attend industry events, and drive new sales.
What You Bring:
*Sales Expertise: Minimum 3 years in a similar role, with strong proven sales skills.
*Communication Pro: Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to listen and understand client needs.
*Tech-Savvy: Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
*Independent & Flexible: Well-organised, confident in managing your own diary, and flexible with working hours.
*Desirable: Experience in the security industry or electronic security solutions.
