Job Description:
We are recruiting for Accounts Assistant to join our client on permanent basis. The role is full time office based in Daresbury. The hours are 8am-4:30pm (can start bit later, up to 9am the latest). The basic salary is dependant on experience, up to £25,500 per annum.
As Accounts Assistant, you will be part of company finance function and will be performing finance, administrative and customer service tasks.
Responsibilities
*Processing multi-currency sales ledger invoices and issuing credit notes.
*Managing multi-currency purchase ledger entries, including internal orders and company credit card expenses.
*Conducting credit control and overseeing daily banking activities.
*Handling email and telephone queries from a diverse customer base
*Arranging travel for internal departments
Experience:
*Confidence in using financial software (ideally Sage 200 but open to candidates with other software experience), with intermediate-level spreadsheet skills.
*Prior experience within an accounting team is desirable.
*Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
