Key Responsibilities of a Residential Property Lawyer:
*You will be working on a mix of freehold, leasehold, registered, unregistered, shared ownership and own-build properties
*Managing the legal and financial aspects of buying and selling properties
*Handling all legal matters, including processing mortgage and lease contracts, arranging transfers, and reviewing titles
*Conducting property searches and gathering information
Key Skills and Experience of a Residential Property Lawyer:
*Experience working to CQS protocol and the Lexcel standard is desirable
*You should have a PQE of 3-10 years
*Ideally, you will suit an experienced, self-supporting conveyancer
