Are you a passionate Test Automation Engineer ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role?

I am working with a leading product research and development company, that is seeking a talented Lead Test Automation Engineer to join their team.

You will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of industry-leading products, including lighting control, LED video processing, and motion control solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

*Architect and implement robust test automation frameworks
*Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases
*Collaborate with development teams to identify system requirements and ensure code quality
*Maintain and optimise test environments to achieve maximum test coverage
*Stay up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies and tools
*Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to the overall improvement of testing processes

Essential Qualifications:

*5+ years of experience in test automation engineering
*Strong proficiency in Python or a similar programming language
*In-depth knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
*Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
*Experience with BDD and Gherkin syntax
*Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
*Strong communication and collaboration skills

Desirable Skills:

*Experience with Postman, Froglogic Squish, and Unit Testing
*Knowledge of Ethernet, TLS, and video standards
*Previous experience with lighting or video products
*Project management or team leadership experience
