The firm are hiring for a fantastic opportunity for an experienced RTA mitigator to join their rapidly growing firm due to continued success and a developing degree of work coming into the firm. 

The successful candidate will join their RTA department and will deal with a quality caseload of heavily litigated files. 

The successful candidate will have the following knowledge and experience –

• Solicitor / Fee Earner with at least 2 years PQE/RTA experience
• Extensive knowledge of RTA work and be able to run claims from inception to Trial
• Experience of handling claims arising from RTA Accidents
• Excellent client care
• Good IT skills / confidence in using a case management system (Proclaim experience preferable but not essential)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
