We are looking to recruit an experienced lawyer into their Commercial Law team. This is a non-fee earning, non-practicing role, very much akin to a Senior PSL position: it will involve a lot of writing, excellent hours, and flexibility to work from home/remotely (other than 1 day per week in the office under normal circumstances).
 
We are looking for a senior lawyer with at least 5 years’ (and potentially a lot more) relevant PQE in Commercial/ Commercial Contracts Law who are well-versed in a high volume of Commercial IP/Commercial IT work within private practice, love drafting and the technical side of the law and getting to grips with underlying legal issues, but have had enough of the hours, unpredictability and BD pressures!

We are looking for senior all rounders with strong contractual experience in any/all of the following:
*Supply of Goods
*Agency agreements
*Franchising Law
*Distribution and Licensing
*Product Safety/e-Commerce 
Unlike some traditional PSL or in-house roles, this role enjoys great status and is at the very heart and engine of the business itself. You will join a supportive team of c. 11 on the Commercial Law side, all with great professional backgrounds and credentials. The compensation package will be very competitive for a non fee earning role and will include bonus, excellent pension etc.
