Administrator - Part Time

Pertemps are delighted to be working with our public sector client to recruit for an Administrator on a part time, temporary basis.

Role - Administrator
Location - Edinburgh city centre
Duration - 3 months with possible extension
Hours - 20.5 hours per week (hours can be flexible across 3-5 days per week)
Pay rate - £13.48 per hour
Start date - asap

The successful candidate will be: *Providing essential administrative support to the Education sector
*Supporting with bulk supply recruitment for schools
*Managing a mailbox
*Updating information on systems appropriately
*Handling Freedom of Information requests
*Any other tasks as required

You should have a proven track record in an administrative capacity, have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team. You should have excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
