Business Development Manager - Specialist Lending
Company: Specialist Property Finance Broker
Location: North Cheshire
Salary: £30 - 45k Basic + Bonus + Benefits (Dependent on experience)
Client Overview:
Our client is a dynamic and highly successful property finance broker, specialising in BTL, 1st & 2nd Charge Mortgages, Bridging Finance and Commercial Finance Solutions.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and driven Office Based Business Development Manager to generate profitable relationships with mortgage and finance brokers across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
*Build and maintain strong relationships with intermediaries, including mortgage brokers, finance brokers, and other key partners.
*Be a trusted point of contact to intermediaries, providing them with expert knowledge on specialist property finance solutions.
Experience Required:
*Proven experience within the UK property finance industry is essential. The position would suit an Internal BDM looking to gain more experience or a Specialist Mortgage Broker that is keen to make the transition into a Business Development Manager.
*Experience of the UK specialist mortgage industry essential (BTL, 2nd Charges, Commercial Mortgages, Bridging Finance).
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
*Results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and securing new business opportunities.
*Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
