Job Description:
The opportunity
Head of Finance required for a charitable organisation in Leeds. The role will support the future sustainability of the organisation and strategically manage the finance function. This is a 6 month minimum opportunity.

The role
*Provide strategic management of the organisations finances and advise the senior leadership team on all financial matters
*Lead the financial planning process, managing and delivering annual and medium budgets, forecasts and funding
*Lead the finance team 
*Support the development of the financial strategy and supporting business plans
*Responsibility for final accounts ensuring compliance with charity SORP
*Act as Company Secretary

The person
Qualified Accountant with previous experience of compiling statutory accounts and budgets. Charity experience is not essential.
