Description
*Manage, organise, and update the company’s financial records.
*Prepare and analyse financial reports for management.
*Ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations.
*Assist in the creation of financial forecasts and budgets.
*Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to improve financial processes.
*Provide financial advice to the management team.
*Participate in financial audits.
*Identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
*Manage a team of 5 Finance Officers
Profile
The successful Finance Manager should have:
*Demonstrable experience in service charge or property accounting experience.
*Strong knowledge of financial regulations and procedures.
*Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills.
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
*A proactive approach to work and the ability to meet deadlines.
*Previous experience with line manager responsibilities.
