*Processing orders, forms, and requests promptly.
*Working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
*Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products and services.
*Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
*Participating in team meetings and training sessions.

A successful Trainee: Customer Service Specialist - German Speaking should have:
*Proficiency in German language (both written and spoken).
