Job Description:
This established and highly regarded organisation are looking to recruit a Payroll Manager to work in a team processing their client’s payrolls.
This is a Hybrid working role with flexible hours, and you will be required to work from the office 3 days of the week at their Northwest London office.
Day to Day Responsibilities but not limited to:
*Processing client payrolls from start to finish
*setting up PAYE schemes
*dealing with HMRC and client queries
*Pension scheme set up (NEST)
*Uploading pension contributions
*Advising on statutory benefits
*knowledge and ability to assist colleagues where required
*Processing year ends, P11ds, P60s etc.?
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
*Relevant experience in processing multiple client payrolls from start to finish.
*Previous experience of using IRIS (Star Payroll Professional) software.
*BACS payments
*An understanding of PAYE compliance.
*Up to date knowledge of payroll legislation.
*Experience in manging Auto Enrolment pension schemes
*An understanding of key filing deadlines.
*The ability to work accurately and calmly under pressure.
*The ability to meet tight deadlines.
*The ability to manage own workload.
*A flexible approach.
*Good IT skills - including use of Excel template importing of data
